Volkswagen Financial Services Digital Solutions GmbH was founded in 2017 as part of the restructuring of Volkswagen Financial Services. As a joint venture between Volkswagen Financial Services AG (49 percent of the shares) and Volkswagen Bank GmbH (51 percent of the shares), the company develops services in the area of IT (development and system operation), customer and processing services and document management and makes these available to its parent companies. The company also provides IT services for the worldwide subsidiaries of VW FS and the European subsidiaries and branches of Volkswagen Bank GmbH.
