By way of a spin-off and transfer agreement dated 13 July 2023, the below available domination and profit and loss transfer agreement, was continued with Volkswagen AG as dominating company.
With entry in the commercial register as of 1 July 2024, the legal name of Volkswagen Financial Services AG was changed into “Volkswagen Financial Services Overseas AG” and subsequently the legal name of Volkswagen Financial Services Europe AG was changed into "Volkswagen Financial Services AG".
The attached domination and profit and loss transfer agreement shall henceforth be between Volkswagen AG, as dominating company, and Volkswagen Financial Services AG.
