Encrypted Email Communication with PGP or S/MIME
To use PGP or S/MIME, you need either a PGP key or an S/MIME certificate issued for your email address, as well as a compatible email application.
Procedure for Encrypted Email Communication with PGP or S/MIME
In order to communicate with you in encrypted form, Volkswagen Financial Services require a valid PGP key or a valid S/MIME certificate from you.
If you communicate using personal S/MIME certificates:
If you have an S/MIME certificate, please send it to us in a digitally signed email. Your certificate will be automatically stored by our system and linked to your email address. Please use the following email address: securemail@vwfs.com
If you communicate using PGP keys:
