After graduating with a business administration degree in industrial management, operations research and information management in 1997, Anthony Bandmann initially worked as a financial consultant.

From 2000 to 2007, he held several positions at Daimler Financial Services AG: first in Stuttgart, then in the USA as senior manager and director in the areas of sales, marketing and remarketing. In his last function, Bandmann was responsible for the Greater New York City area as the Director of the Business Center Northeast at Chrysler Financial.

Subsequently, Bandmann joined Mercedes Benz Bank AG as Chief Representative and Director for Private and Corporate Customer Business and was appointed to the Management Board there in 2009.

Bandmann, who was born in Wiesbaden, joined Volkswagen Financial Services in 2012: until 2017, he was Managing Director of Volkswagen Bank GmbH in Braunschweig as well as Chairman of the Management Board. He then took over as CEO of Volkswagen Leasing GmbH until June 2019 and was also Chairman of the Supervisory Board of MAN Financial Services GmbH. In July 2019, he became President and CEO of Volkswagen Credit Inc. USA in Virginia.

In 2021, Anthony Bandmann became Member of the Board of Management for Sales and Marketing at Volkswagen Financial Services AG in Braunschweig. He has been Chairman of the Board of Management since January 1, 2026. 

Born in Wolfsburg, Dr. Ingrun Ulla Bartölke earned her doctorate in economics at the University of Rostock in 1999. She then held several positions in Controlling and Accounting at Volkswagen AG until 2009, including functions in Group Accounting, External Reporting and Controlling, and was Head of Financial Disclosure from 2007 to 2009. From 2010 to 2023, she served as Head of Group Accounting and External Reporting at Volkswagen AG. In 2017, Bartölke became a member of the Supervisory Board of Volkswagen Bank GmbH, which she chaired from 2021 to 2023, before being appointed Chief Representative of Volkswagen Bank GmbH in November 2023. Since July 2024, Dr. Ingrun Ulla Bartölke has been Board Member for Finance and Procurement at Volkswagen Financial Services AG in Braunschweig

After completing her Bachelor of Computer Science and her subsequent business administration degree in finance, banking and business informatics, Dr. Alena Kretzberg received her doctorate in economics in 2006.

From 2001 to 2019, she worked at McKinsey & Company Inc. in Frankfurt and, after holding several positions, became a partner in 2011.

Between 2019 and 2021, Kretzberg was Divisional Board Member for Group Digital Transformation & Strategy at Commerzbank AG. She then took over as Divisional Board Member for Digital Banking & comdirect at that company until 2023. She has also been a member of the Supervisory Board of the Stuttgart Stock Exchange since 2021.

Since March 2023, Dr. Alena Kretzberg has been Board Member for IT and Digital at Volkswagen Financial Services AG.

After earning his degree in economics from the University of Konstanz in 1993, Christian Löbke worked as a research assistant at the Chair of Banking Economics at the University of Stuttgart-Hohenheim until 1997.

Born in Hildesheim, he joined Bayerische Hypo- und Vereinsbank AG in 1998 and held several positions until 2010: first as Head of the Credit Risk Controlling Group at HVB Group and then as Head of the Credit Portfolio Management department. He took over the overall project management of "Basel II" and finally headed the Credit Risk Controlling & Economic Capital department.

Between 2009 and 2010, he also became Global Head of "Credit and Cross-Border Risks Architecture & Methodologies" at UniCredit Group. In 2010, Löbke moved to Volkswagen Financial Services AG as Head of Group-Wide Risk Management.

Since 2017 Christian Löbke has been a member of the Management Board of Volkswagen Bank GmbH, responsible for Risk Management.

Following the reintegration of Volkswagen Bank GmbH into Volkswagen Financial Services AG, he also assumed the position of Deputy Chief Risk Officer of VW FS AG between July 2024 and end of September 2025. 

Since October 1, 2025, Christian Löbke has been Chief Risk Officer at Volkswagen Financial Services AG in Braunschweig, in addition to his role as Managing Director of Volkswagen Bank GmbH.

After studying information technology in Osnabrück, Arne Puls began his career in 1998 as an IT specialist in development control and production planning at Volkswagen AG in Wolfsburg. In 2001, he moved to Human Resources, where he held various management positions.

As Head of Group Human Resources Management, Arne Puls was responsible for performance and talent management, management compensation and principles, and the field Global Assignments, among other aspects. In January 2022, he joined the Executive Board of MAN Truck & Bus SE, where he headed the Human Resources department as Labor Director. Arne Puls has been Chief Representative of Volkswagen Financial Services AG since February 2024 with responsibility for Human Resources and Organization.

Kai Vogler began his career in the Volkswagen Group in 2006 as IT Director at Porsche Financial Services AG. In 2012, the business informatics graduate joined Volkswagen Financial Services AG, where he headed the Corporate Development and Strategy department until 2014. In 2015, he became Managing Director of VW Møller Bilfinans AS in Oslo, a joint venture between Volkswagen Financial Services AG and the Norwegian Volkswagen importer Møller. After returning to Braunschweig, Vogler initially served as Regional Manager for selected European markets from 2016 to 2019, before subsequently assuming overall responsibility for European sales at Volkswagen Financial Services AG. In 2021, Vogler moved to SEAT S.A. as Board Member for Sales, Marketing & After Sales. In February 2024, he returned to Volkswagen Financial Services AG, where he initially led the corporate restructuring in the non-European markets and later became Chairman of the Board of Management of Volkswagen Financial Services Overseas AG. In this capacity, he oversaw the markets in Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Mexico, South Africa, Turkey, India, Australia, China, Taiwan, Colombia, Japan, and South Korea.

After completing his doctorate at the Institute of Computer Science at the University of Zurich in 1998, Dr. Volker Stadler began his professional career in early 1999 as a management consultant at McKinsey & Company in Switzerland.

In 2003, Stadler moved to Deutsche Postbank AG. He became a division manager at that company and in 2007 a board member of its subsidiary BCB AG. Following the takeover of Deutsche Postbank by Deutsche Bank AG, he took on additional management tasks at Deutsche Bank PBC Banking Services from 2012.

In 2014, Volker Stadler joined Volkswagen Financial Services AG in Braunschweig, where he served as Head of Steering and Strategy (IT), the department responsible for the strategic management of IT. In 2017, he became a member of the Board of Management of Volkswagen Bank GmbH in the capacity of Chief Information Officer and Chief Operations Officer (CIO/COO). Since July 2023, Stadler has been Chairman of the Management Board of Volkswagen Bank GmbH.

After graduating in mathematics from the Technical University of Braunschweig in 2000, Oliver Roes joined Volkswagen Bank as Senior Risk Manager/Project Manager. In 2006, he moved to Volkswagen Finans Sverige AB in Sweden as Head of Risk Management & Analysis. In 2008, Roes became Assistant to the CFO at Volkswagen Financial Services AG before returning to Volkswagen Bank in 2010 as Head of Controlling for the German market. In 2011, he moved to Mexico, where he became Managing Director Back Office of Volkswagen Bank S.A. Puebla and Country Manager Back Office at Volkswagen Leasing S.A. de C.V. After his return to Germany, Roes took over as Head of Controlling / Overall Financial Planning at Volkswagen Financial Services AG from 2014 to 2021. Oliver Roes, who was born in Wolfsburg, has been a member of the Board of Management of Volkswagen Bank GmbH since 2021 and is responsible for the Finance department.

Manuela Voigt was born in Mühlhausen (Thuringia) and studied business administration at the Berufsakademie (BA) Karlsruhe with a specialization in banking. After working in positions outside the Volkswagen Group – including at PriceWaterhouseCoopers – she joined Volkswagen Leasing GmbH in 2002. Within Volkswagen Leasing GmbH and at Volkswagen Finans AB in Sweden, she gained experience in various business areas, including as sub-department head in credit management, international sales, and the used car center. In 2015, Manuela Voigt joined the Management Board of Vehicle Trading International (VTI) GmbH, where she was in charge of used car marketing and the further development of the national and international used car business. From 2019 to 2020, Voigt was responsible for various major strategic projects with a digital and sales focus before returning to Volkswagen Leasing GmbH as Chief Representative in June 2020. She was appointed to the Management Board on August 1, 2022. Since July 1, 2024, Manuela Voigt has been Chair of the Management Board of Volkswagen Leasing GmbH.

Verena Roth was born in Mönchengladbach (North Rhine-Westphalia). After completing her training as an automotive saleswoman and studying business administration with a focus on automotive economics at the University of Applied Sciences in Braunschweig/Wolfenbüttel (now Ostfalia University of Applied Sciences), she began her career as a business graduate at Volkswagen Bank GmbH in 2005. Roth started as a credit officer, then worked as a specialist in sales management, and finally served as an assistant to the management board. From 2013 to 2017, she was in charge of sales strategy at Volkswagen Bank and subsequently took over responsibility for Market and Strategy as head of department, a domain that included the corporate customer business, sales support, product management, and the strategy department. In September 2021, she moved to Volkswagen Leasing GmbH as Regional Manager West, concentrating on individual and fleet customer sales. In October 2023, Roth assumed the position of Head of Group Fleet International with a focus on tender and contract management (national/international) as well as international key account management. Since July 1, 2024, Verena Roth has been a member of the Management Board of Volkswagen Leasing GmbH, where she is responsible for overall sales as CSO.
