Kai Vogler appointed Chief Representative for Sales and Marketing at Volkswagen Financial Services AG

Braunschweig, 28th January 2026. A personnel change has been announced at Volkswagen Financial Services AG: after Anthony Bandmann assumed the position of Chairman of the Board of Management of Volkswagen Financial Services AG on January 1 of this year, his successor has now been named. Effective February 1, 2026, Kai Vogler will take over responsibility for Sales and Marketing as Chief Representative of Volkswagen Financial Services AG. At a later date – subject to approval by the supervisory authorities – he is then to be appointed Management Board Member for Sales and Marketing. Vogler previously served, among other roles, as Executive Vice-President for Sales and Marketing at SEAT and most recently as CEO of Volkswagen Financial Services Overseas AG, a sister company of Volkswagen Financial Services AG. This company manages the Volkswagen Group's financial and mobility services business outside Europe, with the exception of the North American markets.

Dr. Arno Antlitz, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Volkswagen Financial Services AG as well as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer of Volkswagen AG, emphasized: "We are delighted to have secured an internationally experienced sales manager like Kai Vogler for the board of Volkswagen Financial Services AG. During his many years of service as Sales Director at SEAT, he has gained a deep understanding of the sales and marketing domain as well as our dealer network. With his experience in various markets, he will also help drive the further growth of Volkswagen Financial Services AG in Europe."

Anthony Bandmann, the new Chairman of the Board of Management of Volkswagen Financial Services AG, added: "I am very pleased that it has been possible to reoccupy the Sales and Marketing post so promptly. Kai Vogler knows the financial and mobility services group extremely well, and his extensive sales expertise makes him a valuable addition in his new role to the Board of Management team of Volkswagen Financial Services AG. We look forward to Kai and his work."

Kai Vogler began his career in the Volkswagen Group in 2006 as IT Director at Porsche Financial Services AG. In 2012, the business informatics graduate joined Volkswagen Financial Services AG, where he headed the Corporate Development and Strategy department until 2014. In 2015, he became Managing Director of VW Møller Bilfinans AS in Oslo, a joint venture between Volkswagen Financial Services AG and the Norwegian Volkswagen importer Møller. After returning to Braunschweig, Vogler initially served as Regional Manager for selected European markets from 2016 to 2019, before subsequently assuming overall responsibility for European sales at Volkswagen Financial Services AG. In 2021, Vogler moved to SEAT S.A. as Board Member for Sales, Marketing & After Sales. In February 2024, he returned to Volkswagen Financial Services AG, where he initially led the corporate restructuring in the non-European markets and later became Chairman of the Board of Management of Volkswagen Financial Services Overseas AG. In this capacity, he oversaw the markets in Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Mexico, South Africa, Turkey, India, Australia, China, Taiwan, Colombia, Japan, and South Korea.
