My name is Nico and I am a Consultant Recruiter of the “Starters” team, responsible for recruiting in the area of training and studies. In addition, our team manages the entire application process for students who are interested in an internship or a student job at Volkswagen Financial Services. In addition to the great working conditions on campus and our great team, what I particularly like about VW FS is the constant communication at eye level, regardless of position or hierarchical level. My name is Linda and I am a recruiter at Volkswagen Financial Services. My main task is to recruit talented and motivated new colleagues for our company. I am responsible for the entire recruitment process, from creating appealing job advertisements to running our Match Days. I like working at VW FS because I have great colleagues with whom it is fun to exchange ideas constructively, develop new ideas and implement them.
