After you have created an applicant profile and placed your application for your dream job, you will receive a confirmation of receipt by e-mail. This may also appear in your spam folder. If you have not received an e-mail, please check your applicant profile to see whether you have sent your application.  

Both the recruiting team and the hiring manager will thoroughly review your application. This may take some time.

We will take the time to get to know you and your skills and abilities even better. At the same time, you will have the opportunity to ask us all your questions and find out even more about VW FS. The conversation can take place by phone, Microsoft Teams, or in person.

You were able to convince us of your qualities in a personal interview. In our 45 to 60-minute online cognitive test, we would now like to get to know you a little better. After being invited to take this test, you have seven days to complete it. We recommend that you take the test in a quiet environment where you can concentrate well.

We take a whole day to get to know you and your skills and abilities even better. At the same time, you will have the opportunity to ask your questions and check whether we are the right match for you. Our Match Day allows you to get to know potential supervisors even better, gain an insight into our working environment and learn more about the tasks of your desired position.

On the day of the Match Day, you will receive qualified feedback from us. We will also discuss all further steps with you here.

Yes, almost all saved data is automatically available in a new online application. In the new application, you only need to fill in the mandatory fields specific to the job.

Yes, you will immediately receive an e-mail confirmation as soon as the data has been entered into the system. This may also appear in your spam folder. If you have not received an e-mail, please check your applicant profile to see whether you have sent your application.

Information such as your name, address, telephone number, password or e-mail address can be changed later in an application that has already been submitted. To do so, log in to your applicant profile. You also have the option of withdrawing your application.

You can interrupt the application process at any time and complete and send your application later. If you have not yet sent your application, you can access and complete it again at any time via your applicant profile.

Please click on the “Forgotten password” field and wait 5-10 minutes. Your password will be reset so you can log in again.

This procedure serves to protect your personal data in order to prevent unauthorised persons from accessing your data. In order to prevent involuntary disconnection, the data you have entered must therefore be cached on a regular basis. The system always saves your data automatically when you switch from one menu item (e.g., Personal Data) to the next (e.g. School/Training/Study).

Yes, if you are invited to our local Match Day, you will receive the relevant travel reimbursement form by email with your invitation.
